Before returning any item, please send a picture of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt to: email@example.com.
Once received and inspected by us, you will be notified by email and if your claim is valid, will make arrangements for items to be replaced within 7 working days.
The costs to send the faulty item back to us shall be borne by you.
