Returns

All goods purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless visibly damaged when delivered.

Before returning any item, please send a picture of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt to: info@tsc-health.com.

Once received and inspected by us, you will be notified by email and if your claim is valid, will make arrangements for items to be replaced within 7 working days.

The costs to send the faulty item back to us shall be borne by you.

The costs of sending the replacement item back to you will be borne by us.
